Terms and Conditions

Using this site or hiring Cyber Ali Digital means you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered
Cyber Ali Digital provides web design, video editing, social media marketing, and other digital services. Scope of work is agreed before starting. No extras unless confirmed in writing.

2. Payment Terms
Payments are due upfront or based on agreed milestones. No work starts until payment clears. Late payments = no work.

3. Refunds
Refunds are only given if the client is genuinely unhappy with the final work — and all delivered work must be returned or deleted. If any of the work is used without full payment, legal action will be taken.

4. Client Responsibilities
Client must provide all needed content, feedback, and approvals on time. Client delays = project delays. Missed deadlines caused by silence or slow replies are not Cyber Ali Digital’s responsibility.

5. Ownership
Client owns final delivered work after full payment. Cyber Ali Digital can showcase work in its portfolio unless specifically asked not to.

6. Revisions
Revisions depend on scope. Quick edits are fine — full redos or makeovers count as a new project. If a client genuinely thinks the work is shit, no payment will be taken and the work will be scrapped. Be honest and fair — same energy will be returned.

7. Liability
Cyber Ali Digital delivers strategy and content designed to grow your brand — but no one controls platform algorithms, bans, or reach. The focus is on what can be controlled: execution, consistency, and quality. What happens after posting is on the platform, not on Cyber Ali Digital.

8. Termination
Cyber Ali Digital can end any project if the client is unresponsive, rude, or breaks these terms. No refund in those cases.

9. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use of services means you accept any changes.
